Commonwealth v. J.S.

Client was charged with Aggravated Assault, Attempted Murder, Robbery, and a host of related charges. We conceded that J.S. injured the complainant, causing him to have to stay in the hospital  for over a week. But we asserted self-defense before the jury. In the end, the jury acquitted J.S. of all serious charges, convicting on only simple assault. A huge with considering the charges we started with.
