Commonwealth v. S.T.

Our client charged with illegal possession of handgun found beneath his seat in a car. Through careful cross-examination, we showed the jury that the arresting officer could not have seen what he claimed he saw. Furthermore, the Commonwealth tried to bring up old pictures of the client that we were able to show were pictures of the client legally holding a gun. The client was facing up to 20 years in jail and another 20 years in jail for a violation of probation. Instead, he will be home for the weekend.
